1) Obtaining applications from the Office. (Solid Waste Management and Public Health Department – 3rd floor)
2) Relevant Fee
Required Documents
- Business Plan
- Receipt of payment for the waste (last time)
- Trade license or the receipt paid for that
- Fire extinguish Certificate
- In addition, information requested at the site inspection
- Granting of environmental protection license to continue business as minimizing the environmental pollution
